\nThe surfers on the Torq team and ordinary enthusiasts loved the Multiplier in ACT epoxy construction, which is why it's now available in a TEC version. \n \nIt's still a high-performance model for catching (and multiplying) even more waves. \n \nThe Torq Multiplier uses the tail of the Torq performance shortboard (thruster) with the overall shape of the hybrid for more versatility and a good hold on more powerful and hollow waves. \n \nColour version. \n \nWave type: 80cm to 2m+. \n \nPractice level: Advanced to expert surfer. In size 6'0" it is aimed at good surfers or light surfers. \n \nBoard delivered without daggerboards. \n \nOutline: Volume in the front and middle, then a slim, shortboard-style rear for verticality and good glide. \n \nRocker: Light on the nose for easy takes off and medium on the tail for surfing even the hollowest waves. \n \nConcave: Single concave at the front to reduce friction between the water and the board, then double in the middle of the board and vee at the tail to keep control of your bottom turns and make it easier to switch from rail to rail. \n \nRails: Fairly round in the nose/midsection then pinched in the tail for good glide and maximum grip. \n \nTail: Round tail for easy turns and support. Carbon reinforcement patch to reduce denting.
